Frequently Asked Questions?
Q: My windows were left wet?
A: The reason is we use deionised water. It is the way the system works. When the windows dry, they should be 99.9% spot and streak free.
Q: Do you clean when it is raining?
YES – Some days it is raining too heavily to be practical or for safe working conditions. In that instance, I do not clean windows. Otherwise, yes you will see me out working in the rain, as my customers want a regular, reliable service and and it makes no difference at all to the finiahed cleanliness of your windows.
I offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed anyway. I would rather clean them again and you be happy than you be unhappy with my service so I put my money where my mouth is regarding cleaning windows in the rain.
I MUST be notified within 24 hours after a clean if you are unhappy with the service.

Payment Method Explained
We are now a Go Cardless company (we do not take any other payment method).
With the Go Cardless service, you will get your own account with freedom to pay and see the history of your account. All our clients are now paying this way as it’s easy and safe, we do not take any other payment method. This is better for you as you can keep check on your own account and don’t have to worry about paying on time. (Payment will only be taken after the job is complete.)
Why? Safe – no handing cash to people you may not know – no cards – no handing details over – no late payments or debt – no chasing your bill – no wrong billing – no other billing – set up only takes 1-2 minutes and your job is done! No messing about every month.
How it works:
1. You sign up for your own account.
2. Pick your payment plan to suit your house, click on Direct Debit mandate link, fill in your details.
3. Done! You’re set up.
4. We come and complete the job within 1 week & text the day before we arrive & each visit, 5-7 days after payment is sent.
(If you are not happy with the clean, call the same day on 07769 815711 and we will do a re-clean within 48 hours free of charge.
Go Cardless is a Direct Debit.
Paying with Go Cardless is the simplest way to pay for your regular window cleans. Go Cardless is an industry leader in managing Direct Debit payments and are authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2009, registration number 597190, for the provision of payment services. To pay please click the pay with Go Cardless button. You will then be directed to the secure Go Cardless Direct Debit payments page where you can fill in your information and set up your Direct Debit. We will request the payment after we have cleaned your windows. Usually, this payment is taken from your account 5 days after we request it. You will get an email from Go Cardless telling you when the payment will leave your account. If for any reason we are unable to clean your windows, we simply don’t request payment. As with and Direct Debit, you are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee and you can cancel the Direct Debit at any time at your bank.
