Terms and Conditions for AllProCleans Services

A. Initial Cleaning Visit
For your first cleaning, there is an additional one-time fee to account for the extra time required, which varies depending on the size of your home and the frequency of future cleanings. This will be discussed when you sign up. Typically, this cost is double that of a standard cleaning since we clean the windows more thoroughly. Hot water is used on the first clean only if your windows are unsuitable for a chemical pre-spray.

B. What to Expect
Our pure water cleaning system effectively removes general dirt from your windows. However, it may not remove stubborn residues such as plaster, concrete, paint, adhesives, chemical stains, or UV bleaching on window frames. Please inform us if any of these issues are present before your first clean. We clean frames and sills at no extra charge. For a deeper clean of uPVC surfaces, we offer an additional service for an extra fee.
After cleaning, windows will dry naturally without spots. Some spotting may occur around air vents, leaded windows, or those with plastic bars. This is normal and will improve after a few maintenance cleanings.
We will send you a system-generated reminder text the day before your service. We do not provide set times unless you have prepaid for the first time slot of the day (see section E).

C. Cleaning Schedule
Our regular service operates on a 4, 8 and 12 week schedule. One-time cleanings may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please allow a week of flexibility for your scheduled clean due to potential weather-related delays.

D. Cleaning in Bad Weather
We continue cleaning even in rainy conditions, as rain does not affect the results of a properly cleaned window. If you’re unsatisfied with a rain-cleaned window, you must report it within 24 hours, and we will address the issue. Cleanings may be postponed for safety reasons during electrical storms or high winds.

E. Cancellations and Turning Away Cleaners
We ask our customers to be as reliable as we strive to be. If you need to cancel a clean, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. If less notice is provided or if access to your property is not available on the day of the cleaning, we reserve the right to charge the full price for the missed service. If you cancel with insufficient notice or fail to provide access, we may also cancel any ongoing services.

F. Ending Our Services
You are free to cancel our services at any time, and we require that cancellations be made via WhatsApp or text for record-keeping purposes.
If you’ve contracted us for six consecutive 6-weekly cleanings and decide to cancel before that, any discount applied to the first clean will become payable.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you plan to cancel before a scheduled clean.

G. Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing excellent service every time. If you are not satisfied with our work, you must contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will return the next working day to re-clean at no charge. Complaints made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a re-clean, and we do not offer refunds. However, we will always rectify any issues provided you contact us within 24 hours of the service.

H. Confidentiality
Your personal information is stored securely in compliance with data protection regulations. We do not share customer information with any third party.

I. Payments
All payments are processed digitally via GoCardless, our secure, contactless payment system. A payment link will be sent when you book your service, and cleaning will not commence until we receive an automated confirmation of your payment. For more information, you can review GoCardless FAQs.
If a payment is canceled before funds are received (typically around 10 days), any bank charges incurred will be billed to the customer. A £15 administration fee is applied for failed payments.
One-off cleans must be prepaid due to the extra work required to schedule them. This policy does not apply to regular customers adding services like gutter cleaning, which will be billed via GoCardless.

J. Frames and Sills
Frames and sills are cleaned at no extra charge with every window clean. This service is complimentary and is not covered by our satisfaction guarantee. For heavily soiled frames or sills, a deep restoration cleaning may be necessary at an additional cost. A light restoration clean of downstairs sills is included with the first cleaning.

K. uPVC Restoration Cleaning
We offer uPVC restoration as an additional service, which is similar to car polishing. This process requires specialized equipment and is priced accordingly, particularly when access equipment is needed for safe cleaning.

L. Fascia and Soffit Cleaning
We clean fascias and soffits using mild detergents and hot purified water. While this effectively cleans most surfaces, certain stubborn stains may require ladder work, which would fall under uPVC restoration and incur additional charges.

M. Dedicated Time Slots
If you require a specific cleaning time, there is a £4 surcharge as this affects our scheduling.

N. Rear Access
For mid-terrace or properties without rear access, certain conditions apply as we cannot guarantee same-day cleaning for the front and rear. If no access is available, we will clean only the accessible windows, and the minimum charge will apply. Unfortunately, if these conditions cannot be met, we may not be able to accept you as a customer.

O. Roof Access
If we need to access windows or gutters from a roof, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur. Our staff will only access roofs if it is safe to do so. Any missed windows will be deducted from that day’s price. In some cases, windows over flat roofs may be cleaned from ground level, but the results may not be as effective due to distance and angles.

P. Velux or Roof Windows
Our 24-hour guarantee does not apply to Velux or roof windows since they are difficult to clean thoroughly. These windows generally improve after a few regular cleanings, but due to the slower runoff of water, the initial clean may leave some marks.

Q. Gutter Cleaning Debris
When we clean your gutters, debris like moss and leaves can be left in your garden waste bin, or we can dispose of it for you for an additional fee of £10 to £20, as commercial waste incurs disposal costs.

R. Pressure Washing
Pressure washing quotes do not include specialized chemical treatments. On wooden decking, we use the lowest pressure setting to avoid damage, which may reduce the effectiveness of the clean.

S. Interior Cleaning
We do not offer internal cleaning services and are not insured for entering homes. If for any reason we must pass through your property, we are not liable for any damage, as we do not carry floor or wall protection equipment in our vans.

T. Annual Price Increases
Prices will increase by approximately 5% annually in June to account for rising labor and operational costs. Note that no increases were applied in 2021 and 2022.

U. Skipping Scheduled Cleans
If you skip a scheduled clean, the next clean will incur a 50% surcharge to cover the additional labor and materials required to remove the buildup of dirt. Please provide ample notice for skipped cleanings, as we reserve the right to charge for missed slots, especially if planned well in advance.

V. Use of Photography
We occasionally take photographs of our work for promotional purposes. These images will not contain identifiable information or personal property.
